Senior images exhibit showcases results of time


MILLIGAN, Tenn. (March 15, 2023) — Senior images main Dawson Jacobs will current his senior images exhibition within the Milligan Artwork Gallery in Derthick Corridor from March 19-24. A gap reception can be held Sunday, March 19, 2-4 p.m.
The exhibition, “The Texture of Time,” explores the results of time and options pictures of dilapidated constructions and locations in a state of decay.
“Time is in all places,” stated Jacobs. “Something we try to create in the end succumbs to time: colours fade, steel rusts and buildings collapse. My images seeks to briefly cease time and to understand its magnificence or to marvel at its harshness.”
Jacobs is a images and English main from Bluff Metropolis, Tennessee. His work has been displayed in Milligan’s juried artwork exhibition and a number of other “Two Cats + A Herd of Buffalo” artwork exhibits at Dos Gatos Espresso Bar in Johnson Metropolis.
“I’ve developed a love of images that seize a way of documentary realism,” stated Jacobs. “I’m actually grateful and excited for the chance to show work that showcases what I’ve discovered.”
The exhibition and opening reception are free and open to the general public.
