Design is woven into Good greater than meets the attention. Artwork and tradition are cornerstones of its heritage. Not like a few of its Côte d’Azur neighbours, Good holds each the sophistication of the previous and innovation for the longer term. Upcoming is Studio Libeskind’s sculptural and faceted new rail station growth, Gare Thiers-Est, at the moment below development in collaboration with Fevrier Carre Architectes and panorama architect Jean Mus, and set to incorporate a lodge, places of work, and a 200-seat auditorium, together with retail and eating choices. Present points of interest embody the MAMAC (Museum of Fashionable and Up to date Artwork), which homes a mixture of American Pop Artwork and European New Realism, together with work by regionally born artist Yves Klein. And Good’s candidature for the 2028 European capital of tradition awards reveals simply the place this cosmopolitan metropolis desires to go.
