FESTIVAL DE CANNES FILM WEEK 2015
For the seventh consecutive year, the Festival de Cannes, the INCAA and the Marché du Film are hosting La Semana de Cine del Festival de Cannes (Festival de Cannes Film Week) in Buenos Aires. The event will run from Monday 30 November to Sunday 6 December 2015 as part of Ventana Sur, the leading Latin American film market, also organised by the Festival de Cannes, the INCAA and the Marché du Film.
The Festival is pursuing its ambition to spread a love of film around the globe by showing five of the most memorable feature films from the 2015 Official Selection in Argentina: La Loi du Marché (The Measure of a Man) by Stéphane Brizé (Best Actor, Vincent Lindon); Love by Gaspar Noé (Out of Competition); The Lobster by Yorgos Lanthimos (Jury Prize); Carol by Todd Haynes (Best Actress, Rooney Mara); and Dheepan by Jacques Audiard (Palme d’or).
Special guests at the event – actor Vincent Lindon and director Gaspar Noé – will give a masterclass where they will share their experiences and opinions.

We'd also like to take this opportunity to mention the highly successful sixth Films de Cannes à Bucarest, which took place in Romania from 23 to 29 October 2015. The event was first launched in 2010 by Cristian Mungiu with the support of the Festival of Cannes.
