A projectionist (Max Naveaux), a college teacher (Jacques Hardy) and a construction worker (Jean-Jacques Rousseau, his real name) are filmmakers in Belgium, without budget. Their crew and actors are all non-professionnal. Their reality is delirious, and their films, a stupefaction.
