As the Russian mafia injects drugs into the vibrant late-1980s New York club scene, up-and-coming club manager Bobby Green must hide his family ties to law enforcement from everyone except his girlfriend Amada: his brother Joseph is a rising star in the NYPD; his father Burt is the deputy chief of police. But for the Russians and their kingpin Vadim, there are no rules of engagement-they will kill anyone to get their message across, including family members.
